Estimate your monthly cost

Agentforce Flex Credits cost estimator

Estimated Flex Credits cost $315 per month 63,000 credits per month, 756,000 per year

List price $500 per 100,000 credits ($0.005 per credit), 20 credits per standard action and 30 per voice action. Credits included in your edition reduce this; the rates for agentic MCP and API calls are not published yet.

The estimator uses only published numbers. Change the credits per action if Salesforce changes its metering, and remember that credits included in your edition reduce the bill.

Worked examples

At list price, 21 working days, 20 credits per action:

TeamActions per rep per dayFlex Credits per monthCost in creditsCost with the $125 add-on
10 reps1563,000$315$1,250
10 reps60252,000$1,260$1,250
50 reps15315,000$1,575$6,250
50 reps801,680,000$8,400$6,250

Credits or add-on: the break-even

The $125 add-on buys the same as 25,000 Flex Credits a month ($125 divided by $0.005 per credit). At 20 credits per action, that is 1,250 actions per user per month, about 60 per working day. Below that usage, credits cost less at list price; above it, the flat add-on wins.

Most sellers do not trigger 60 agent actions a day. Teams that automate heavy work (call summaries, CRM updates on every meeting, prospect research) can.

Credits already included in your edition

Sales Cloud editionList price per user per monthFlex Credits per org per yearStandard actions per month, org-wide
Core$195500,000about 2,083
Advanced$3951,000,000about 4,167
Max$5502,750,000about 11,458

The actions column divides the yearly credits by 12, then by 20 credits per action. For a 20-rep team on Core, the included credits cover about 5 actions per rep per working day. Note that Salesforce Ben's guide gives 2.5 million credits for Agentforce 1 editions, while the Sales Cloud and Agentforce pricing pages list 2.75 million for Max on 21 October 2026.

Is it worth it for pipeline reviews?

For a manager who wants a reliable forecast call, the question is narrower than "should we buy Agentforce". Pipeline review needs every open deal checked against the same rules every day, without anyone asking. Agentforce can be built to do it, at a metered cost per action. Fixed-price tools do one job, as our Agentforce alternatives guide shows. Read the Agentforce review for adoption figures, and Einstein vs Agentforce for what you may already own.
