Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
TruthPipe is operated by GB Tech, a company registered in Israel. Contact: giorgio@truthpipe.com.
2. What we store from Salesforce
When you connect Salesforce, TruthPipe stores what it needs to compute your pipeline integrity every night:
- the OAuth access and refresh tokens of your org, stored on our servers so the nightly run can read your pipeline;
- the Salesforce identifiers, names, email addresses and roles of the users in scope (reps and managers);
- daily snapshots per rep: Integrity Score, Commit ratio, number of active and zombie deals;
- for each zombie deal: its Salesforce id, name, amount, close date and days without activity.
Other opportunity data (stages, next steps, descriptions, activities) is read live from Salesforce when you open the app and is not stored. TruthPipe does not write to your Salesforce org.
3. Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan and its renewal date. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach our servers.
4. Usage analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to count product events (pages viewed, buttons used, session length). Events carry your org and user identifiers, never deal names, account names, amounts or contact details.
5. Our public website and advertising
Our public guides may show ads served by Google AdSense. When ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before any personalised advertising. You can manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. The app itself shows no ads.
6. Contact form
Messages sent from the contact page (name, company, email, role, message) are delivered to us by email through Resend and kept in our mailbox to answer you.
7. Where data is stored and who processes it
Application data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers. Processors: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics, EU), Resend (email delivery), Google (ads on the public website only).
8. Retention
Data is kept while your org is connected. When you disconnect TruthPipe or ask us to delete your data, tokens are revoked immediately and stored records are deleted within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the CCPA you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its processing. Write to giorgio@truthpipe.com; we answer within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.
