Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By connecting your Salesforce org to TruthPipe or by subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
TruthPipe is operated by GB Tech (Israel). It reads your Salesforce pipeline, computes an Integrity Score and lists zombie deals. It is independent of Salesforce and Anthropic.
3. Plans, payment and cancellation
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly, per Salesforce org, in advance, through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing portal: the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then the org returns to Free. Paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from the next period.
4. Your Salesforce data
You remain the owner of your data. What TruthPipe stores and why is described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time in Salesforce, under Setup, Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
5. Acceptable use
- do not use TruthPipe to break any law or regulation;
- do not try to reverse engineer, overload or compromise the service;
- do not share your access with people outside your organization.
6. No warranty
The service is provided as is. Scores and lists are computed from the data in your Salesforce org and are an aid to your judgment, not a guarantee of any forecast or result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GB Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data at giorgio@truthpipe.com.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes go to the competent courts of Israel.
